What do you wear to Admitted Students Day?

<p>Congratulations on your admission! I think that neat casual clothing is just fine for admitted students day. Depending on your school, there may also be admitted student parties at the homes of local alum, and neat casual works there too.</p>

<p>Wear whatever you like- they already accepted you! Seriously, casual is usually acceptable on any college campus. You can wear jeans and a shirt if you are a guy and pretty much anything if you are a girl. Wear comfortable shoes. Bring a sweater (girl) or jacket (guy) to dress up your casual clothes if you have any events to go to.</p>

<p>Definitely casual. That’s the most common, and is usually recommended by colleges.</p>

<p>Most of the time, you’ll be interacting with kids already going to the college doing the things they do – going to classes, parties, the cafeteria – so don’t dress like a dork unless that’s simply how you roll. It isn’t a job interview; it’s more like visiting a friend at college. I agree, though, that if they have some sort of fancier thing on their schedule, maybe bring along one nicer outfit, but that’s about it.</p>

<p>OK this is a little corny but also cute - at the Bryant open house today the Student Ambassadors all had on their favorite jeans because " a college should fit you like your favorite jeans"</p>

<p>Both my kids wore jeans (or S was in cargo shorts if warm enough) to all their Admitted Student events.</p>
