<p>No I think he means that it is free when you say you want the scores to be sent. (this is a risk since you never know what you have)</p>

<p>thanks for clarifying for me ;) and yes if you want to do it for free, designate first... i've been doing it since freshman year cuz i was unaware that it always got sent... i dodged several bullets cuz my tests weren't horrible lol</p>

<p>According to the ACT website, they charge $7 per test date per report to send score reports. This means, unlike the SAT, the score reports are not cumulative and you must tell them which test date's score you want to send. </p>
<p>However, like the SAT, when you register, you can send a score report to 4 colleges for free (but it will not include past test scores).</p>

<p>actually upenn gives consideration to the tristate pretty much... if you look at their map jersey/NY/Conn each send a lot of kids</p>

<p>apply to St.Louis university.. its a very decent university..
dont get ur hopes up for Upenn</p>
