i’ve seen that word thrown around here and there, and im just wondering what it really means.
Have test scores and grades that are very very good in context. I think this basically means that you can handle the work at MIT. And according to MIT representatives, a large majority of applicants are “qualified”

@MITChris, so when it comes down to determining if an applicant is qualified, stuff like gpa, test scores, schedule rigor, etc. is considered? How is school specific gpa inflation dealt with? Are previous applicants from that school compared with current applicants?
