I was just wondering! I got my interview next week. Do they know about your scores?

my interviewer just called this monday. she emailed me a "harvard pre-interview resume" form to fill out and bring to the interview. It's about 1.5 pages and just has basic info about yourself, including your scores. But this form merely helps the interviewer structure the interview, not for admission purposes.

my interviewer had a sheet with her that asks for my sat's as well as ap's, current courseload, etc. of all my interviewers, harvard's interviewer asks the most about your academics

My interviewer had me fill out that sheet ahead of time and provide a resume, too.

Out of all my schools, only my Harvard interviewer specifically requested materials from me (SATs, transcripts, resume, essays if possible).

i asked my interviewer if i should bring anything and he said no, i don't have any of your information but ur more than welcome to bring stuff. he pretty much just said he wanted to "get to know me"

mich_GIRL, i presume you are talking about your Harvard interviewer? i guess all interviewers are different.

I agree with HARVARDman that all interviewers are different. However, I think harvard interviewers ask the most specific questions about your scores and academic accomplishments whereas most of the other interviewers even say that they don't care about your scores. I also think that the harvard interview is a very important part of the application procedure and it is more evaluative than any interview else. Do think that I'm right about that?

I don't think so. Lots of people don't get interviews.

Really? I didn't know that. I'm international and every international applicant has to initiate an interview for himself!

My son didn't ask for an interview, but they called him up anyway last night. Of course he didn't say no!
