What does the March curve usually look like?

I was just wondering

I was wondering the same thing.

Usually really stiff

one wrong brings down 760-780
two wrong brings to like 740-760
three wrong is like 720-750

Well, those are my guesstimates. I got 5 wrong and recieved a 690.... 5 wrong on CR was a 74 on the same test.

Oh really? I had been told that March was typically one of the more lenient test dates.

I'm pretty sure that's a rumor.

Who is taking the SAT in March? Probably a high representation of Juniors who are ahead of the game, and a few Seniors applying to rolling schools.

i would thinkt he juniors "ahead of the game" would have taken the SATs already

the valedictorians from my school already took them in oct (1 got a 2400), Decemeber, or janurary

Here, literally everyone takes it in May (school makes you sign up). People thought I was weird for taking it now.

Less than half my class took it on Saturday. A couple took it in January, and many are waiting until May and June.

Usually the march curve is a little more lenient than usual, I think thequestionmark was talking about the math curve.

My curve estimates are

Math:
-1 780
-2 760
-3 730

CR:
-3 800
-4 780
-5 750
-6 720

W
-1 79
-2 76
-3 74

For those who took the Jan SAT, did you find the math easier or harder this time? I think Jan had a curve of 800, 790, 760.

A -3=800 curve on CR would be nice, but would only help people who omitted a question. I hate the whole quarter-point system, especially with the way it's rounded.
