What does this mean?

<p>One of my friends that applied said that theirs said they had been accepted. Does this mean I was denied? I have a 3.4 GPA and he has a 2.9, but he got in. And my high school was much more all rounded than his was. I am getting kind of worried.</p>

<p>Plus I am going in as a transfer student. The GPA listed above is my college GPA. My GPA in high school was 3.9.</p>
