<p>Mine says the same thing. Perhaps they're updating the system? I'm sure they've been getting zillions of calls about it (I haven't even bothered, since I'm sure they've been getting enough).</p>

<p>It's just strange that it'd work for some people but not others...if the whole system was down you'd think everyone would get it. Ah well I hope it says something different soon.</p>

<p>I still have "we have all the information we need". The wording makes them sound so disinterested, but hopefully we're all reading into this too much.</p>

<p>Mine was "in review" the last time I checked, which was probably earlier this week. Don't know how long it's said "unable to process," but it can't have been too long. </p>
