I found the question offensive as it implies the OP is looking for schools that trump race over merit. It’s not the same as looking for a school that has services for a kid with severe ADD, or putting a class together with the usual requisite composite that makes up a class. That’s a given. URM status is even a known hook.
But the question is not about choosing a school based on interest, need, it’s based on being Hispanic. As if the school places more on race than merit. Which is offensive to both Hispanics and holistic admissions.
Please review the various threads on race and admissions if I’m still not making my point clearly.
