What Fall classes to take?

So I’m I took a gap year and I’m entering as a freshman. I have several college classes that I took in high school and this summer at UC Davis. Here are the classes I’ve taken (all of the classes except for Bio and US History were taken on the semester system):

English comp 1&2
Chemistry 1
World history 1&2
Psychology
Microeconomics
US History 17A
Biology 2A

The lady I talked to told me that my credits won’t transfer over until after my first quarter. I was accepted as my alternative major, Biology. I really don’t know if I want to do that, however. What would be some good, non-math courses to take? Preferably looking for easy GE courses.

I can speak for the GEs that I’ve taken, and will list them here:
Religious Studies 1C: Very easy and interesting. I even stopped going to lecture halfway through and still got an A.
Microeconomics: You already took that.
Comparative Literature 2: Interesting literature course that I liked and wasn’t too bad, but lots of reading. Though you already have English Comp.
US History 17A: Super easy but you took it.
Philosophy 1: Super boring and terrible professor, I hated it.
Communication 3: Very helpful course that I learned a lot in. Hard to get into though.

Hope I can be a bit of a help.
