What Florida schools can i get accepted into?

I unfortunately only have a 2.82 GPA. My best ACT scores so far are: Composite=23, Reading=28, Science=24, Math=23, English=25. My best SAT scores so far are: CR=570, M=470, W=450. Im becoming very worried. Im going into my senior year.

My junior year counselor told us that you can’t really get into any decent Florida school without at least a 500 on the three SAT sub-sections.

I would say check out UCF and FIU. I’m sure there are a few more. Look at this list: [Top Colleges & Universities in Florida | University Web Rankings](http://www.4icu.org/us/Florida.htm)

Plug in the names of those schools in this website: [College Search and Reviews, Scholarships, College Admissions Chances - Cappex](http://www.■■■■■■■■■■)

When you pull up the school, scroll down until you see a chart with people who were accepted, denied, wait listed, and accepted but not attending. Select it so that you see who has been accepted and who has been accepted but is not attending and measure yourself up against those people.

Also, if you find you can’t get into any decent schools, consider community college. Remember, there’s always a college out there willing to take you.

Good luck!

UF and FSU would definitely be high reaches for you, and FIU and New College are probably reaches too. Try second-tier public schools like UWF, UCF, UNF, USF, FAU, and GCU or community colleges.
