The way that I've understood the transfer process is that it only looks at your freshman year of college, and any extra summer classes, so your entry is based off of only one year (because you apply in November). But I've read on other threads that they include the fall quarter into your GPA and I was just wondering if that's true or not. Does it happen to be based on your schools' semester end time?

yes, they include the fall semester that ends after November. You will be sent a form that requires you to input all of your grades for the end of that fall as well as all planned courses for the upcoming spring semester.

also, if you take classes during winter session after that last fall, they’ll count toward your consideration.

On the original application do you include the classes you will be taking during Spring? or not until you have to fill out the supplemental form?

you put in your planned classes for spring on the original application i believe, sort of like a preliminary schedule, then you update it with the official in January.
