Can you guys tell me now where I can get into in the whole USA, a good business school, with my current stats.
Also, I’m not sure if this will improve my chances but I have my own store online (eBay) and have been selling since 2012. Will this improve my chances anywhere or no
We can give you information but you have to answer the questions in#19 first.
Have you run the Net Price Calculator?
No
What’s your EFC?
Not sure yet.
What’s your parents’ budget?
My Dad’s the only one that works and my mom’s a house wife. Dad’s a nurse so budget will be accordingly to his salary (Around 90k/yr)
Also, I sell online (ebay, etc.) and have my own somewhat successful business. Will this be a great pro for my college app and will it increase my chances for any business colleges?
Before anyone can suggest anything, you need to figure out your EFC, see with your parents whether it’s affordable, and run the NPCs.
With a 90K income, your choices are likely limited to in-state public universities, smaller universities in the Midwest/South, or “meet need” universities.
All right but it’d be great if you could suggest some colleges that I at least have a chance in.
So you want the best for business, but your stats aren’t there; and, you want to be chanced for the ones you can get into with your stats?
You seem to have a preference for a particular university but you’re not really saying what that choice is.
USC has a very good business program, but you don’t have the stats and their financial aid is not that great.
SDSU has a very good business program but it is not in OC and is tough to get into.
Chapman is private school, but you may not get enough financial aid to pay their private fees. Merit aid does not appear to be an option.
CSUF appears to be a viable option for commuting and for your stats.
