My question is pretty self explainatory.
I am assuming the isat is psat? If you plan to apply to the majority of 4 year universities, SAT/ACT scores will be needed. If you plan to attend a trade school or a community college, then you do not have take these exams.
You will not be able to apply to most colleges and universities.
Do you have alternate plans for your future that don’t require a college degree? If you are going straight to work, or starting your own business, then you don’t need testing beyond whatever your state laws require.
You will be limited to test optional colleges.
There are plenty of schools that are test optional. Here is a link of all of them.
Be aware that many test optional schools require homeschooled students to submit testing. I just checked on this today. So not truly test optional.
if you are homeschooled and don’t have SAT Subjects AND either the ACT or SAT Reasoning, you can go to community college then transfer to your instate public universities without having to take those tests.
