What happens when you're below the unit count?

<p>When the semester starts because of some waitlisted classes. Is there a grace period? i.e. you need to get the right amount of units by the 2nd week drop deadline, or the 5th?</p>

<p>I know about the 10% waitlist theory, but what if there are still available seats still? Do you just subtract the number of seats left from the spot you are on the waitlist and use that to judge?</p>
