What if I don't deny other offers?

Ok, so I accepted Princeton's offer today and apparently they can withdraw their offer if after May 1st I have not withdrawn my file from every other college/university.

Today I tried to deny all the other offers I have been given but after trying to find the links where I could do this for three of them and failed, I gave up and realized I will probably have to mail their response forms. However, I live in Romania and high chances are these forms will get lost in the mail (especially since they're so tiny :))).

So my question is: If after the 1st of May, there are some colleges/universities that haven't received my no's yet, can Princeton rescind their offer to me?

I know I'm paranoid, but... this is the first time I'm going through this process (isn't it so for all of us?) and I am worried.

Welcome aboard Tiger!

Plan to come early to the U.S. for the pre-freshman Outdoor Action camping trip. The trip enables you to meet freshman in a non academic experience. You will have the opportunity to make friends and learn about camping areas on the East coast. See: [Outdoor Action Frosh Trip Program](Frosh Trip | Outdoor Action)

You need to calm down. Every university should have an email address to contact the admissions office. Be polite, tell them how great their university is, but that you have decided to accept admission to Princeton because Princeton has a great program in your major.

P. S. Bring your hiking boots.

Be sure to mail in the forms as well, but with a record of your email declining the offer, you’re covered.

As long as you don’t accept (send in an SIR and deposit) to more than one college, you are fine.

Congratulations! I believe that you will have an amazing and wonderful experience at Princeton.

And I agree with everyone else–email the admissions offices of schools you are declining, keep a copy of the emails and then mail in the response cards and you’re fine (even if they don’t receive the response cards, you’re still fine)

Thank you for your advice. I will mail the forms and also e-mail the admissions offices of all the colleges and universities I will have to turn down.

And yes, I am certainly joining the Frosh Trip Program, PtonAlumnus. My hiking boots are anxious :).
