What if we have to move in January of my Senior year?

My family might have to move to another state sometime after January, but before college decisions come. I will be a senior in the fall and will be applying to many universities like Columbia, USC, and Penn. I am not applying to any public schools as an in-state resident.

What happens in this situation? Does this affect my chances of admission in any way? Help me understand how this process would work

Such as: would I have to re-submit the mid-year report and such? What if my courses are exactly the same? etc, etc...

bump bump is it ok if we move around that time?

I don’t understand the problem.

So what if your courses are exactly the same?

Is it such a big deal to resubmit the midyear report?

Well there’s no problem… I just want to understand the protocol. So I just re-send the mid-year report? Even if it’s like February?

IF you actually do move, pick up the phone and call the admissions offices at the schools that you have applied to before the move and ask them how to handle your transcripts and mid-year reports. They’ve had to answer this question before.
