What is a good college for me?

I am a 3.5 student at a college prep high school, and I have been playing soccer for 12 years. I do not mind staying in state, California, or going out of state. I am looking for a college that I would have a good chance getting into. I prefer a college in an urban or suburban area, good ethnicity, and a max tuition of 35k. I am interested in business, sports management, and journalism. What college would be a good fit for me?

USF. Great track program.

look to the left. where it says Main CC Site, click on College Search. Fill in your info and your druthers. Begin to get an idea of what’s out there. Very soon thereafter ask your parents for a sit-down to talk about what they’re able to contribute to your education. Get a firm figure. Then go to a net price calculator for any school you might attend, and with the help of your parents type in the family income data they ask for. Then work on shortening your list. Good luck.

By “max tuition of 35k” do you mean that you can afford about $50,000 after adding in room and board and other expenses, or that you want to keep total cost of attendance below $35,000?

When you say tuition $35,000, is that net price or sticker price (what you would pay out of pocket after financial aid vs. what you see on the website)?
Will you need merit aid or need-based aid?
