Hello,

I am going to appear for my SAT II exam this November (Maths IIc, Physics & Chem)

But, I am not sure if I would be able to get beyond 700 in any of them. So is 650-700 a good score for a subject test?

Hello,

I am going to appear for my SAT II exam this November (Maths IIc, Physics & Chem)

But, I am not sure if I would be able to get beyond 700 in any of them. So is 650-700 a good score for a subject test?

need help…

For most schools, 650-700 is good. If you’re applying to more selective schools, like HYP or even UCLA/Cal, you need a 700+ to have a good shot. (For HYP, I’d say 750+)

Is a bunch of >750’s better than 2 800’s ?

^Not necessarily. You only need two subject tests(I don’t believe there any that require/recommend 3), two 800s is about as strong as it gets. Anything 750+ is viewed relatively the same as an 800 anyway.

Recently that is what I’ve been considering as well. Giving 2 subjects instead of 3.
