<p>Expect from 4 PM to 5 PM. It is email so if they do send it at 4:30 PM the time should hover around that area. But they said 4:30 PM was an estimation.</p>

Just pre-emptively saying one thing- there is no order to HOW decisions are released. So if you don’t get your decision till, say, 7PM EST, it DOES NOT mean you have necessarily been rejected, just that their server sent you your mail late. So don’t read too much into that, okay?</p>
