What is an easy-A Cultural Studies: Non-Western/U.S. Minority Culture(s)

One of the GenEd requirements is to take 1 Cultural Studies: Non-Western/U.S. Minority Culture(s) course. My freshman year schedule will be rigorous (electrical engineering w/ 34 to 46 credits from AP), so I'm looking for a course that would be an easy A and not take too much work; to not compromise my GPA over a course irrelevant to my major.

Hist 100: Intro to global history seems the most interesting off of this list, although history courses in my experience have been the most difficult subject for me (AP US History). I'm wonder how hard this course is and what other cultural studies courses would be the easiest A's.

I heard RLST 110 World Religions is an easy non western. However, everyone knows classes like these are easy gen eds so chances of getting it your freshman year is slight.
