<p>However, didn't hand in my CAR forms and teachers' evaluation forms yet.</p>
<p>First of all, I am not sure what CAR exactly is.
I haven't seen what the form looks like yet..
What is it about?</p>
<p>Also, in terms of recs, I asked 3 teachers to write recs for me,
I believe they will be done by mid-october.</p>
<p>Is that too late ? </p>
<p>I mean, people say "Qucik is always better".</p>
<p>Will I still be able to obtain LOA, even if I finish my application forms by mid-october?
I am not a very strong canddiate, so it's pretty urgent.</p>

I am planning to retake the SAT in october 10th.
and probably i will get my scores back by end of october or early- november.
Can I still send my october Sat score after finishing the appliation , if my scores get better? </p>
<p>A CAR is your Candidate Activities Report. You complete this form online when logged onto your candidate portal. You will provide the e-mail address for your school counselor who will verify the information you submit.</p>
<p>Mid October is not too late. You do not want to wait until the official deadline - aim to have your file complete by late November/early December if possible.</p>
<p>LOAs (letters of assurance) are only given to a select group of well qualified candidates - most candidates do not receive a LOA. Your goal is to receive an appointment.</p>
<p>You can update your file with new SATs score up until the official deadline. I believe that the January testing is the last SAT testing that WP will accept.</p>
