<p>I know there are many branches to this major, but what do the majors have to go through? How does hotel management differ from managing other facilities out there? Sorry I am just uninformed and even after research, I can't grasp what they do in the program. Thanks~</p>
<p>I’m interested in seeing some responses to this myself. I’ve seen this major listed on the sites for a number of schools, and I’ve often wondered what exactly it entails. I can’t see how managing a hotel would be so drastically different that it would necessitate a specific major. </p>
