God I'm freaking out because of all of this.

Also I doubt any school in the US will understand the grading system here.

It's from 1 to 6, 6 being the best.
Under 4 is failing.
A 5 is an honor grade (so it's an A)
So basically we have A, B and F

I have a 4.9 average (0.1 under an A)
My school mentioned that a 5 was an honor grade, but I hope the school will understand from that that I am nearly honors, meaning nearly A...

:S

Do you go to Le Rosey?

Was that to me?

yes, that was to you

Oh no I go to Calvin

newfound girlie im pretty sure Phillips Academy Andover has the same grading system, 1-6 that is.

Where is Phillips Academy Andover?

Is under a 4 also considered failing.

Is 5 also considered an honor grade?

umm it's in Andover, Massachusetts. It's one of (arguably the best) best prep schools in the country. 4 is not considered failing, and people rarely get 6's.

Hmm my school might be similar then maybe.
the Swiss public schools ystem is considered very difficult so fingers crossed the schools will take this into consideration.
