What is my chance of transfer into OSU?

I am an international student and I want to transfer to OSU to study Art & Tech (BFA).
I went to high school for two years in Oklahoma but I had a lot happen with relationships and bullying in my last year of high school, I end up with a 3.45 GPA in high school for my Freshman and Sophomore year.
Then, I transferred to Seattle Central College as a college bridge student (WA is the only state that student could go to CC without a high school diploma). I am planning to take the GED in Aug or Sep because I need an equivalent HS degree to transfer to U. My GPA in College is 3.5 now and I will have up to 24 semester credits, but I had 3 "W" in my transcripts of second quarter because I was really sick and I had to drop all of them.
Now I am very concerned about my "W"s and the high school GPA. Please help me find out that what is my chance of transfer into OSU?
Thank yall for reading this. I am really appreciated. ❤️

Your chance of getting to main campus OSU is practically 100% if you start at a branch, either Marion (an hour by car north of main campus), Mansfield (an hour and 15 minutes northeast by car of main campus) or Lima (an hour and a half northwest by car of main campus). All 3 branches offer an associate of arts degree (a recognition degree marking 60 semesters completed toward a bachelors) as well as a variety of bachelors, though in your case you would need to transfer to main campus to complete your degree because I don’t see any offering the particular bachelor’s you are pursuing. The branches have open admissions (if you meet the basic requirements, which it appears from your post you will, they will enroll you). Once in the university system, you maintain a decent gpa and earn a certain number of credits to become eligible for transfer to main campus. Some majors are competitive, so you will need to look into requirements for applying and being accepted into a particular major and you should be aware of those particulars before transferring.

Lima and Mansfield have dorms, while Marion has private student housing within walking distance of campus. Tuition is also less at the branches than main campus and generally have smaller class sizes.
