<p>College board and several other websites have conflicting data, all around the same range but slightly different. Does anyone know where a 2000 stands in their average?
How does that stand if the child is a first gen. to college student?

<p>Dear ctmomof3 : Trust the posted College Board data for the middle 50% of first year students. The 25th percentile shows a three-way SAT score of 1860 and the 75th percentile is standing at 2130. Expect these numbers to have increased by a total of 20-30 points based on information from the admissions office. Figure that 2000 is right at the midpoint of the entire enrolled class from last year.</p>
<p>I forget where I read it(somewhere on BC's website), but they said the average SAT of admitted students this year was 2061...I remember it 'cause I got a 2060. :-p Granted, this is admitted students, not enrolled, so I'm guessing the average enrolled student had about a 2000, as scottj said.</p>
