What is the best way to become a well-paid biotech investor on Wall Street?

...in terms of education? Would a B.A. in Biochemistry and Cell Biology with an MBA (or masters degree in finance?) be good for this? I assume I do not need a PhD because I am not interested in doing research for a living. I hope this is the right place to put this since it is business-related.

Venture capital would be the way to go. BTW for becoming a biotech investor you wont be working on Wall street ;). You will be involved in the NJ strip of bio tech companies and the California and MA ones. Getting a science degree is indeed helpful for understanding the product the companies deal with. Although remember business is business. Because many of the techies during the bubble forgot this it all came crashing down. All businesses adhere to some constants that never change.

Thanks mahras2! I appreciate your knowledge about this. So, since I am going to be much more of a businessman than a scientist, I will not need a masters degree in a science-related field, will I? If you have any other information I should know, please share.
