<p>I get around 75 every time. My teacher says I have a lot of potential, so I should study, but I guess it’s too late now.</p>
<p>^Same here. I started practicing Friday night, and my scores have ranged between 78-95 every time. I think I can get higher on the actual test, though, because I’ll have more motivation to tackle the long and tedious problems (aka the last ~8 problems). On a side note, I wish we could use a calculator >__></p>
<p>What do you think of buying just one of the AoPS books? Should I buy the first one, or the second one, or would you really recommend buying both? I’m a junior with a strong (Chinese) mathematics background. I’d like to start preparing now, over the summer. I only got 89 this year without preparation, but I’d like to at least qualify for AIME next year.</p>
