This Friday-Sunday, 3 months of sleep debt resulted in...30 hours of straight sleep. I was livid...I spent THE ENTIRE SATURDAY SLEEPING. How long have you guys slept?

I should probably go to sleep right now. G'night!

You might as well have had been in a coma! Lol.

Normally, once some school break/vacation starts, I go to bed right after school on the day we get out, so like… 4pm, and then I wake up around 12 pm the next day. So it’s like 20 hours. All that sleep-deprivation!

The most I have ever slept straight through was 13 hours lol, I don’t know how you guys sleep so long! That was when I came home from a summer camp, and was in my my own bed for the first time in over a month, so I rested peacefully haha

There was a period of about a month and a half during the summer between 6th and 7th grade where I was very sick (probably some sort of foreign flu or something that I had no immunity to at all), and for large periods in there I would sleep for days straight, maybe waking up for 10 minutes to take some medicine and go back to sleep.

I highly doubt your body would let you sleep for 30 hours. Your body wakes up if it feels you are in danger and 30 hours would start to have dehydration. You would also wake up feeling absolutely terrible from oversleeping.

Anyway, my record is 22 hours naturally (gracias to mono). I was in a coma for a week though if that is considered “sleeping”.

It’s probably because of a long term accumulation of sleep debt. A sleep debt calculator once said I could get rid of all my sleep debt by sleeping for 100 hours one night. Now that’s not really one night.
