20 hours :P

14 hours of bliss after a 50 mile hike

i’ve slept from 9 PM to almost 4PM the next day (i woke up at 2:30ish PM in between though…). It was after what I’d consider the worst day of my life so far, and I didn’t have to go to school the next day, so I just slept it off

16 hours or so straight, but I get 10-12 hour sleeps regularly on weekends and 8-9 on most of weekdays.

how is that possible?!

19 hours.

I do sleep like 18+ hours on occasion. I’m not sick or sleep deprived or anything. It’s just, sometimes it’ll be like two in the afternoon and all of a sudden I’m so sleepy I can’t even open my eyes or move. Actually, sleepy is too weak a word for it, I don’t know what it is. But when that happens I just go to sleep and I wake up sometime after dinnertime the next day.

It’s sort of weird…

shrug

I dont really know if this has been mentioned in this thread, but there is this group called “I love death-naps” on facebook for people who love to sleep for freakishly long time spans. You guys should check it out.

I sleep 8 hours a night. 9 doesn’t sound too hard.

Edit: No way to do a quote inside a quote?

^ Yes…

Remove spaces.

It didn’t work when I tried it. Let me try again.

Edit: Worked this time. Must have misspelled ‘quote’ or something last time.

I’m surprised when people say they can sleep for 18+ hours, I guess. No matter how tired I am, I can’t manage to sleep past 8 or 9 hours, 10 if I’m lucky. Even if I pull an all-nighter (which has happened under multiple circumstances), I sleep for like a maximum 9 or 10 hours. If I go to bed at 11, I will wake up at 8 even without an alarm…if I go to bed at 3, I will wake up at 9 or 10.

I’m jealous of all you people who can go to bed at midnight and sleep until noon.

Note: I meant 3 am up there, not 3 pm. Whoops.

During my senior midterms, I pulled multiple allnighters, with a few naps in between, so overall I slept about nine hours during the course of the entire week. I didn’t feel a thing, and the day the finals were over, I went to sleep at ten PM, and did not stir until 2 PM the next day. So…that’s 16 hours.

~16 hours
