My unofficial transcript took around a day to upload after my status changed to ‘reviewed app’. I was also incessantly pressing the unofficial transcript page, and the best way to get rid of stress was to sleep, as I found out. It was a nice surprise when I woke up to find that voila! A transcript! :O

maxxwell and rational2:
sorry, i should have elaborated. Yes indeed it was four daysafter i recieved the letter with the login info in the mail. xD

are you oos? i have the same SAT score but i am oos and a bit higher gpa

I haven’t receive my letter yet even though my unofficial transcript loaded 2 days ago. I’m in state. Is there any possibility at all that I could get rejected?

from what i have read you cant get rejected, if you have your major and freshman class on the unofficial transcript?

@xzstarszx It took 3 days for us to get the letter and we live just 15 minutes from UW campus. So, I think it too early to start worrying. But I do understand how you feel.

Ok thanks guys. I’m worried because I started celebrating already. My parent would kill me if I get rejected afterward. Oh how I hope to get that letter on Monday.

@xzstarszx - It also depends if they send out letters one day. I know they send them out on Mondays and Wednesdays for sure, but I also know they don’t send Friday decisions out until Monday. It would also depend on your post office, perhaps? Maxxwell got his/hers 3 days after, and they live 15 minutes from UW. I live about 30 minutes away, but got it in 2 business days.

I have a question:

so i submitted my application on Nov. 28th, 2010 and now myUW status says “We have received all materials required to review your application. Your application will remain in this status until decisions are finalized. We will inform you by postal mail when a decision is made.” It has been that same since December 11th!

And some of my friends who applied after me have already received their letters. How come my status hasn’t change for a while?

See when they have received all the materials to review your application, they take your application and tape it onto a dart board. They close their eyes and throws darts to decide which application to review next.

@Igi - I thought they used a random number generator (original myUW ID number?), since there are SO many applications that taping them to a dart board seems to disadvantage some applicants. ;)

hahah oh my

my status has been “We have received all materials required to review your application. Your application will remain in this status until decisions are finalized. We will inform you by postal mail when a decision is made.” since Jan. 25th and I don’t see anything on the page about and ‘unofficial transcript’
Is this bad?

Okay a few people have asked it but there have been no answers yet.

WHERE does your unofficial transcript appear? On the page where you click to view your application status? Or somewhere on myUW?

W-H-E-R-E?

Under student services. Search for it. I don’t think it’s there defaultly.

THANKS!!! Mine’s still ‘awaiting review’ anyways but I wanted to know where the transcript was supposed to show up, when the time comes… if my outcome is good. :(

iluye: on the side of your my uw will be a list of services (student, teaching, working stc.) right under your my page tab
click on student and under sutdent personal services will be unofficial transcript

that is if all myuw pages look like mine 0_o

Not all my friends had the link on their pages, so here you go, just copy and paste! =)

Make sure you log into myUW first…

Hey guys ^u^

So I’m an OOS
With decent stats
(2040 SAT, mostly As, AP art, Varsity sport…)
I have:
“We have reviewed your application. We will inform you by postal mail when a decision is made.” As of feb 3.
I had to do some searching because the “unofficial transcript” link wasn’t originally on my homepage, but once i got it there my information was in (name, class, etc…).

Does this mean I can expect a letter soon? C: Thanks guys!
