Whats your usual schedule during the year from the time you wake up to the time you go to sleep?

Wake up, breakfast, shower, change, drive to school, sleep/do homework ( I leave early to beat traffic), school, change, sports practice/other EC, drive home, shower, eat, NOT do homework (i.e. go online, TV, sleep, read, anything), realize that it's already past 10, do homework, give up (and save for next day), sleep.

wake up around 6:25, shower, get dressed, get in car w/ mother, get a plain roll at this store on the corner, be at school in about 25 minutes (around 7:50, and first class starts at 8:00) then school- have 3 or 4 classes, then lunch where i sit in the library with my friends and either do homework for my classes after lunch, or other HW, and eat a peanut butter sandwich. then i have 3 or 4 more classes. schools over at 2:38. then i have track practice until about 4:30 on monday thru thursday, on friday i go to the library at the college whose campus my school is located in (CUNY Queens College), and my mom usually picks me up 2 or 3 days a week, the other days i have to take the bus + train. then when i get home i have a snack if we have any in the house. then i do homework/go online until dinner. then eat dinner. then if i have a test the next day i'll study for it. or else i play with my puppy, watch TV, read, eat, play computer, go to the park across the street, etc. go to bed around 9:30 to 11:00, it depends on how much HW i have left. on big HW/paper/final exam nights i stay up till like 12:30 but thats really it. all the running makes me tired, what can i say. oh yeah i have a science lab one period a week either before school or after school, so i do that too

I'm thinking of changing that for next year. Like actually doing all my homework. And right when I get home from school. Plus I need to fit SAT/SAT II/AP prep in my regular schedule.

6:00 Wake up, shower, change, breakfast

I need to fit time for pit band and AP/SAT study in it. This will probably push back when I go to bed to about 12.

yanners, 7:20? At 13? I thought only (public) high schools started that early. I get to start at a comfortable 8:15.

somebodynew: hee, actually, I just finished freshman year. A late birthday paired with skipping a grade makes for weird ages.

My district's middle school starts two minutes after the high school starts (7:40). And they're right across the street from each other.

Ah, yanner. Then it makes complete sense.

7:30 wake up

7:35 shower/wash hair if not enough tim

7:45 get in the car/BS math h/w in car (teacher doesn't check for accraucy)

then, CC/plan 2-morrow/simpsons/h/w for Creative writing class/stress

12:30 sleep

I go to a mediocre public...and i spend half my h/wtime planning how to do stuff in the least amount of time..so hw is not very long 4 me.

6:00 - 6:30 (depending on how much hw I had the night before) wake up
6:30 - 7:00 shower/breakfast/get ready
7:00 - 7:20 drive to school (my dad works about 5 blocks away from it, so I get a ride! no bus = happy days because I don't have to wake up at 5 to wait in the snow!)
7:25 - 8:30 band or choir practice (except on wednesdays, which will be my one sleep in day this year)
8:30 - 9:00 tutorial (technically, this is the time of day where we are supposed to go get help from teachers if we need it. usually, I use this to do extra reading, get tea if I'm really tired, or just hang out with my IB friends!)
9:10 - 10:30 period 1
10:35 - 12:00 period 2
12:00 - 12:35 lunch (club meetings for 2-3 days/week)
12:40 - 2:05 period 3
2:10 - 3:30 period 4
3:30 - 5:30 a) in fall - homework/ec's b) in spring - field hockey practice (every freaking day!)
5:30 - 9:00 supper, music lessons, model UN, more hw all crammed in depending on the day
9:00 - whenever... finish all the rest of my hw/practicing music. usually I get to bed around 11:30, but sometimes it changes depending on the workload at the time... French Immersion IB in the #1 public school in the province gives you a lot to do!

Wow, everyone gets up so early! I take my late start for granted I think.

7:15: Alarm goes off
7:45: Actually drag myself up, quickly shower/wash up/change and grab breakfast before running out the door at 8:05
8:23: normally pull into parking lot, walk the four blocks to school (which is in the middle of downtown... paid $$$ for the parking garage next door, or walk four blocks. i'd rather walk.), normally walking into class at 8:28, a full 2 minute before the bell.
8:30-3:15: two classes, lunch, two more classes
3:25: head home, to ECs, or to work
4-5 (if at home): Watch Gilmore Girls while having a snack
5-12: mix of homework, internet browsing, aim chatting, dinner eating, and reading, then sleep and it begins again.

Of course, this year I'll have morning classes at a local college, but it wouldn't be that much different time wise. I may get an extra hour of sleep though! :)

5:00-5:30 arrive at home
From there to whenever I fall asleep, it's homework/eat/computer time

I forget our time schedule at school, but we have 8 periods (which are about equal in time length). The first bell rings at 7:40am and the last bell rings at 2:35pm.

Junior Year Schedule:

7:00- wake up & get ready for school
7:15- leave for school
7:30- arrive at school
7:30-7:40- do spanish homework (it only takes 10 minutes because it's normally very easy)
7:40 (1st period starts)- Spanish
2nd- Chem
3rd- Chem lab or Study Hall (aka- go to the library and sleep.. it's so quiet and peaceful!)
4th- American Studies (Do my best to not fall asleep ugh!)
5th- English (Was always intrigued by my teacher's stories: very insightful and always interesting)
6th- Math (The complete opposite of English- very boring and never interesting!)
7th- PE, Study Hall, or Physics Lab (very cool PE class where my friends and I just talked all period or studied for physics tests lol..)
8th- Physics (it was an okay way to end the day!)
2:35-5:30- Tennis or various clubs (or napping)
5:30-7:00- go home, chillin' like a villian, and eat something (notice there's no lunch period in my schedule! :()
7:00-8:00- watch Jeopardy and some of Seinfeld
8:00-1:00 am- trying to do homework/study but always get distracted with AIM or something else (the reason why it takes about 5 hours lol..)

Anyway, it was a hectic year, and I'm so grateful it's over! :) Even though I didn't have a lunch period, I tried to bring an apple, Cheez-its, or both each day so I wouldn't get hungry. Good times... good times! But, there were plent of times I went all night without sleep and loaded up on caffeine for the next day (and of course I was out like a bulb by 3rd period study hall but always managed to wake up just in time to get to 4th period on time!).

5:30-7:00 = wake up, shower, eat breakfast, prepare for school
7:15-7:30 = go to school
7:45 = first bell rings and school begins
7:55-3:20 = school (though, this coming year, it'll be 7:55-12:55 because seniors get to leave early ::is cool:: haha)
3:20-4:00 = go home, change clothes, use restroom, get something to eat, etc.

And from then on, it really just depends. If I have homework, I usually do it once I get home, but I sometimes wait until later so my brain can cool off from school. I usually eat dinner sometime, too ;-) Also, I'll shower again and play on my computer and watch TV, and possibly nap. I eventually go to sleep, though, hopefully not at the same time I did for most of the last semester of school last year, which was around 3am (and I woke at 5:30am everyday...do the math)

7:15-wake up, shower, get dressed, breakfast, all that other stuff.
8:10-drive to school
8:15-drop sister off
8:30-school starts
3:35-school's out
4:00-clubs, practice's, etc.
5:15-homework, recreation department sports leagues practice
6:15-dinner
7:00-homework
8:00-whatever I feel like doing. :)
