What job markets should I look into and what should be my salary expectation
My profile
BS: CIVIL ENG (Different country)
MS: CIVIL ENG (structural) (from USC)
MS: Mechanical ENG (Computational fluid dynamics) (from USC)
PhD: Civil Eng (from USC)
Does it worth getting an MBA from UCLA on top of these?

Try looking around at [CollegeGrad.com - Entry Level Jobs and Internships for College Students and Recent Graduates](http://www.collegegrad.com/) it might give you an idea of what other people are receiving with similar credentials.

I cannot say which market to go into since I know almost nothing about civil engineering but the basics. But I would guess, on things Ive heard, that you should look for a salary somewhere between 80-120 grand at the very least. Also depending on how much hands-on experience you have with your expertise and other factors like the current economic crisis things might be a bit different, but under normal circumstances, in your place, I would not go below 100k.

I would not recommend an MBA unless you plan on running your own business any time soon. Even then, with a PhD you can probably run your own business just well.
