I like far too much music to list it all out, so what i’m listenin to now:

haha well if i could afford to spend about $200/year for a subscription I would be!
my music choices aren’t influenced by the magazine, but most do happen to coincide
I really only check out NME when i’m looking for the latest info on the monkeys
who desperately need to have a new album asap

The Wiggles…

I’m a pianist, so I listen to a lot of classical. Other than that, country and some rock. Current favorite artist is Taylor Swift, though she’s a much better songrwriter than she is a singer.

The Lawrence Arms
Jawbreaker
The Weakerthans
Against Me!
None More Black
Hot Water Music
Dillinger Four

^ wow (10 char)

EDIT: I was talking to yawn

On your list yawn, I’m not down with your power pop/pop-punk, pop, and classical in general (except avant-garde). there’s a couple of artists sprinkled in there that I don’t like as well (Raconteurs, Linkin Park, etc.) Overall decent list. :)

Where the hell is primal scream on your list?

Mind if I steal your idea yawn?

I Think everyone forgot the king of pop and the origins of music ^ refering to yawn

MICHAEL JACKSON
Just an amazing performer/singer
OW!! HeHe!

Also the Boston Pops are amazing
Cannot forget Kanye West because he is the only person that brings innovation to rap
Jazz vocals/oldies: bb King, nat king cole, sinatra just amazing singers

Rock: Foreigner, Chicago, Journey !!!

Don’t forget that Britney is the queen of pop and an amazing performer and amazing singer.

They’re one of thousands of bands I’ve never heard. ^_^

I have it copy-righted. >:[

Nah, go ahead.

Meh, he’s always stricken me as massively overrated, save for his incredible dance skills (granted, I don’t know if he still dances…he is 50 after all o.O).

He’s hardly the “origins of music”, though. :P

I couldn’t tell from your first post whether or not you were joking, but by this, I’m guessing you’re not. I don’t mean to be elitist, but her singing and dancing aren’t quite what I’d call “amazing”… >_<

Not to say you can’t like her. I think her producers and songwriters have done some very enjoyable work.

HOW DO YOU LIVE
YOU have never heard true music unless you have listen to Michael Jackson :p
