Since the June 7th SAT is so close, I was wondering what kind of prep everyone is going to do next week. I'm curious so please share your stuff :D

I'm gonna go over RocketReview and Grubers for math once again and do a couple of practice tests. I don't think I may have time for anything else.

Take a practice test every day(unfortunate because this week I have exams! Luckily only 3 exams to take, 1 of which will actually be hard(Chemistry)).

Skim over Gruber's Math Review

Read tons and tons of articles everyday. I have to get my mind ready to read as if there is nothing else to do. I'm waking up 5 AM on Saturday to start reading a bunch of opinion articles online and take do as many SAT passages as I can to get myself ready to read stuff as a routine instead of as a race I'm waiting for.

After the SAT, then I have to spend the next week for the ACT(long hard hours, it's going to be tough). Then I can finally say hello to summer and college.

lol freaking 5 AM before the sAT. you crazy ass.... i support you though. Is grubers very good for math?

grammatix + CB guidebook + CB online course (cheapest one) + Testmasters
xiggi method.

That is an incredibly poor idea.

blue book.

but i haven't started anything yet...ugh!

why is it a bad idea?

Read my post here.

Lol, RahoulVA, you will only overwork yourself and in turn depreciate your performance abilities on the actual SAT. I suggest you lighten it up and just take at most one test maybe tuesday or wednesday.

Here's my plan:

Write a timed essay every morning using the Jan08 prompts.

Do a section of Writing and Math from previously administered SATs timed while utilizing and honing the techniques I have learned through experience and from Rocket Review.

For CR, same with W and M except from Princeton Review 11 SATs since I already remember most of the previous SAT passages.

Also, I'm looking over loft's vocabulary list (5 pages a day).

On Wednesday, I will take the Oct07 SAT.

Thursday, I will cut down on the prep a little.

Friday, maybe look over test strategies but no prep. Then, chill, relax, and get a good nights sleep.

Saturday, go with a relaxed, "screw it" attitude and totally dominate the SAT. :D
