What kinds of grades do you guys get in Rutgers College?

<p>I'm wondering what kind of grade do you guys get in the Rutgers Colleges.</p>

<p>Because I want to know if you guys are doing well or poorly.</p>

<p>Rutgers does not have minus grades (e.g. A- or B-) so a plus grade counts as .5 (e.g. B+ is a 3.5). I was wondering how this works for grad school applications? I know some grad schools recalculate GPA.</p>

<p>Hmm. Interesting! I heard that if you improve your grade every quarters, they give you some extra points. For example, D C B A the final grade would be B</p>
