what literature is good 4 prep for AP Lit and Lang?

<p>I'm taking both in May. I was reading through the Cliffs AP book and they said that I need to familiarize myself with 15th- 19th century writings (since writing styles and even the English language has changed since then) . What books do yall recommend? Since it's crunch time, I think I'll only read like 50-100 pages from a couple of books , just enough to get used to the writing.</p>

<p>Does anyone have any suggestions for prepping for this test? I'm taking 10 other APs, so time to prep is a bit constrained. I tried a poetry passage in the Cliffs, and I did REALLY bad. like 33-50 % wrong. I guess I don't understnad poetry.</p>
