<p>I was thinking about transferring next year and I was wondering what major this UC excels at?
(My current major is Computer Science/Engineering)</p>
<p>UCI has a great accounting/business program (top notch) and top computer science/informational computer sciences program (2nd is Cal Poly Pomona). They have many well-known companies such as Oracle, Xerox, PWC, Ernest & Young, etc. that offers internships/jobs and ‘ties’ into those who are pursuing their majors towards those fields</p>
<p>UCI also has alot of good majors they are known for, its too long to list and its not only exclusive to what I said above, they also have a excellent psychology program, etc.</p>
<p>Since your a computer science/engineering major, it will be very competitive like the business majors, Good Luck on transferring to UCI, its truly excellent!</p>
