What makes Harvard's Government/Intl Relations Special?

Hi guys! :D International applicant hoping to declare Government/International Relations as my desired concentration here. Harvard's knack for breeding future leaders is well known. Academically speaking though, what makes its Government department so different from those in its peer institutions (say, Yale and Princeton)?

Who are the biggest name professors? (I can think of Stephen Walt from Foreign Policy and Michael Sandel from videos of his "Justice" course).

How common is it to enroll in courses at the JFK School of Government, or is that largely reserved for grad students and with good reason?

Anything else, academically or extracurricularly, that just makes it so magical for budding politicians?

bump anyone? =(
