<p>I got some email from admission office or some student organizations. They said that they got my psat socre or AP scores and encourage me to consider applying to their colleges. Do these emails show the colleges are match/slight ones to me?

<p>They're just trying to encourage more applications; it doesn't say much about schools being safeties/matches/reaches because the only data they have about you is your test scores and possibly your self-reported GPA. :)</p>

<p>they probably don't even have your actual test scores. collegeboard will release the name of students with scores in particular ranges, to the colleges, and then they just start the constant emails.</p>
