I'm sure for many of you CCers out there that Princeton was not your only Ivy league school, and if it isn't what order will you be checking the decisions since most of them come out the exact same time (5 p.m. April 1st)?

The ivies I applied to were UPenn, Cornell, and Princeton, and I will be checking them in that order. Reasoning: UPenn is my top choice, if i don't get in I will be crushed, therefore I would go to Cornell since I feel as though I have the best shot at getting accepted there and getting two rejections in a row would suck immensely. Princeton is last because I'm fully expecting a rejection, therefore HOPEFULLY by that time I would have an acceptance that if I got rejected I would just be like f-that. lol. What about you guys?

I changed my mind- I’m checking HYP instead of YPH… I want to save Princeton for last, because I had an interview and this makes me think I have a better chance there :D

Cornell Princeton
hey Mary I read on the other thread about ur friend getting accepted to cu engineering.
Pls tell me what were his stats?
When, how did he get his decision?
Thanks and best of luck for dday

@ansrox
He recieved his decision about a week ago from today.
Stats:
SATs: 2120 (Idk the breakdown, just hat that he had a 750 math section)
ACT: 32
SAT IIs: Physics 700
Chem 710
Math IIc 750
US 740
GPA: 95.3 out of 100 (my school doesn’t use the 4 pt. system)
Rank: 7 out of 401
As far as extracurriculars go, he doesn’t really have much…he’s in a band, lol, but that’s pretty much it.

least likely to most likely.
Although I don’t think there will be much difference between the colleges.
But hopefully I get some reassurance by the end.
