What really matters?

I am trying to choose among Harvard, Yale, and Princeton for which I should apply to early action. I really like all three, and they are obviously all great schools. However, as I try to make my decision, there is one thing I do not understand. I want to major in something math oriented (probably applied math), so would Yale not be as good of a choice for me? I know rankings put Princeton and Harvard higher in math than Yale, but does that really matter for undergrad or just for grad school?
Thanks.

Honestly…when you’re dealing with HYPSM, I doubt graduate schools/possible employers will place more weight on one college than the other. They’re all so academically proficient that, as long as you do well while attending, you’re sure to get in wherever you apply.

Buy and large, it’s not likely to make a noticeable difference at all. Choose based on fit; maybe you like the surrounding areas at Yale more than Harvard, or the dorms at Princeton more than Yale. Just my two cents.
