What SAT score should I aim for to have a shot at OOS UVA??

<p>well this is wierd, we're kinda similar... and applying OOS to UVa, i have the legacy advantage and you have the NA advantage, we'll see who wins, or maybe we both will</p>

<p>I hate it when people say they're going to "shoot" for anything. You can't SHOOT for anything because every single time you take an SAT, you try for an 2400. If you could "shoot" for any grade you want then applications would be mayhem.</p>

<p>If you can break 2000, that'd be great. However, a strong GPA and a very significant URM status (probably the only one that there's a general consensus among everyone that there should be preferential treatment towards) would likely get you in anyways.</p>

<p>if u got a 2200 on your SATS, you should consier applying toa few of the ivies, given your ethnicity will help somewhat</p>
