What School in NYU would I go to if I majored in political science? Would it be Wagner and how competive is it to get into that particular school.

I"m fairly certain it would be CAS, which is the easiest to get into. I guarentee it is on the website.

heh, what does CAS stand for?

College of Arts and Science

-- Andy, what are you basing this on. To my knowledge, CAS is one of the harder schools to get into, along with Tisch and Stern. I would say Steinhardt, Gallatin, or the school with hotel management (or whatever) are the easier ones

Yes, the Politics Department is within the College of Arts & Science. I happen to be a Politics major.

And, no - CAS is not easy or the "easiest" school at NYU to get into. Though not as prestigious as Tisch or Stern, it is much more selective than either Steinhardt, Gallatin, SCPS, or Social Work.

By the way, Wagner is only for graduate students and focuses on public administration rather than political science.

Hope any of that was helpful!
