What is a good business school that offer courses in the field of hedge funds?

I want to work for a hedge fund someday as an institutional trader of some kind.
Currently, I just finished my freshmen year in college with a weighted GPA of 3.8. I really dislike the current school right now, and I want to transfer to another school.

I did really poor in high school, because I was unmotivated at the time. I had a 2.7 GPA and 1200ish SAT Scores.

What school should I transfer to?

Anyone here work for a hedge fund or have any experiences with them?

D'oh still nothing...Alright a better question. What are my chances of getting into Babson? A friend of mine told me about the college and I really like from what I have heard. What colleges are similar to Babson?

What is your unweighted GPA? I did not acutally know you could have a weighted GPA in college...

Also as far as the academic improvement goes you're really in the right place here for that. I've heard a lot of people on this fourm (the transfer board that is) talk about their improvment. I think the best thing I learned after I left high school is that there in some cases are second chances!

About the GPA confussion. I am sorry, I think I meant to say scaled which has a plus and minus system. Under the normal system all my A-'s become regular A's. So they will each be valued at 4 points instead of 3.6.

Sorry, but most schools don't distinguish in that manner--they will only look at the "weighted" gpa as you say, which to them is the only measurement.

Are you sure you want to pick a hedge fund? The markets are saturated with them right now, there probably won't be as many in business after you've graduated, taken your 2 year i-banking tour of duty, maybe gotten an MBA, etc . . .
