What schools do i have a chance at?

<p>As im the first one in my family to be going to college my parents want the best for me, they would like me to go local for the first 2 years to save money, but i really would like to go away and experience 4 years of college. Money is kinda tight so thats why im seeing if i can find help her. 20k is the cap and if a school goes above this im depending on financial aid.<br>
Well im looking at my chances for different schools, my grades/stuff are</p>

<p>Location: New York
3.3 gpa
1300/2400 SAT (retaking once more in october)
Varsity Sports 3 years
100 hours of community service</p>

<p>Some schools new york schools im looking into due to the cheap tuition of SUNY
SUNY Buffalo State (pretty positive i can get in here)</p>

<p>These next schools im not sure if i have a chance but i might if i can get my SAT up
SUNY Oswego
SUNY Albany
SUNY Buffalo</p>

<p>But if i could go to college out of state for a reasonable price i would love to do so. i have family that lives in florida and north carolina so those could be options for me.</p>

<p>Are there any other better options or chances i have?</p>

<p>Also please dont suggest a place like Minnesota or crazy far like that, my mom would never go for it lol...</p>

<p>Try ECC for two and transferring to a SUNY. Because your grades/sat scores aren’t great, you really don’t have much of a choice. Live at home to save some more money, there’s not many out of state places to go that’s worth the money…</p>

<p>Good luck getting into SUNY Buf. Your SAT is terribly weak for buffalo, even at their lower 25 percent. GPA is weak too. Furthermore, you have very few ECs.</p>
