What Schools Should I Be Aiming For?

Recently I was told that I was reaching a little too high for colleges. If you could tell me what a few suitable schools for me would be, I would greatly appreciate it.
GPA:
3.5 unweighted gpa and a 3.7 weighted (3 AP Classes, and 2 Community College)(Will take 4 AP's next year).
ACT:
33 (First time, will retake soon)
Intended Degree:
Major: Health Sciences(want to go to medical school)
Minor: Business Administration
EC:
My sophomore year, I battled financial issues and was not able to get the grades I wanted. So, I started my own business, and it has become very successful. I have employee's and stock holders I manage.
I am in Health Careers, and I will have a full-time internship this summer at a prestigious medical university.
Additionally, I am the President/ Founder of a Nutrition Club and President of an anti-drug youth movement group.
I also dedicate my Sundays, since I started high school, to helping middle school kids do community service.
Moreover, I have done over 5,000 hours of community service.
Classical Vocalist (soprano)
Concert Pianist ( which I have been playing for ten years).
Public speaker, and have given speeches in crowds of over 2,000 people.
I am a motivated and dedicated student who has made mistakes and learned from them (That's what I will write my essay on).
My top choices would be Duke University, Brown University, Yale University, Georgetown University.
Any advice/suggestions/comments will be greatly appreciated in my endeavor to attend a great college.

You have a great ACT but based on your GPA, all the Universities you have listed would be reaches (which are for everyone). Your EC’s look good, but you need some Matches and Safeties on your list. What is your home state? This where you should be looking for some Matches and safeties. Also, what is your financial situation?? Do you need a lot of financial aid? You will not be getting much merit aid due to your lower than average GPA. There are many great colleges that would gladly accept you so you need look wider than the Ivies listed.

@gumbymom I live in Oregon, and I will be applying for some state schools(very high acceptance rates) here as well. I also have shown a very strong upwards trend in grades since I was a sophomore.
Also, because my business has done so well, I will not be needing any financial aid.
If it makes a difference my product will be in “big box” stores soon, and one of my stock holders owns her own well known business and will be writing me a letter of recommendation.
My letters of recommendation will be very strong from my teachers and research mentor as well.
I know those schools I listed are high reaches, but I would like to go to a challenging university. Any suggestions?

All the schools you listed are reaches (for everyone) but you have very impressive EC’s and starting your own business is very impressive. You do have chances with these schools but make sure your Matches and Safeties are schools you are willing to attend. I would suggest you add UC Berkley/UCLA to your list. You would have pretty good chances since both use a more holistic approach to their admissions as opposed to the rest of the UC’s. Good Luck.

@gumbymom thanks for the advice! Do you think UC Berkley and UCLA are reaches or matches?
