Of course nothing is a guarantee, but if a school has an avg ACT score of 28, and the applicant has a 32 along with strong grades, then there is a better chance than not for an accept. It certainly is not a reach
Prelaw can be done with any major, not just stereotypical ones like English or political science.
Not sure why you think anyone is missing the point. Some schools don’t meet need. State universities don’t give need based aid to OOS students most of the time. Every college calculates need differently, and clearly you need a lot of aid to attend – so it is natural for posters to suggest that you run all the NPCs for the colleges they suggest. Good that colleges you have checked seem to be affordable, but you need to keep checking for any schools suggested here as well.
getting acceptance and getting affordable acceptance are two very different things.
