What schools with great political science programs could I get into?

So I am interested in taking political science as my major. Here are some of my stats:
SAT Reading: 630
SAT Math: 610
SAT Writing: 620
GPA: 3.6
Weighted GPA: 4.5
I am taking the SAT again soon (I have only taken it once) and am also taking a few subject tests as well as the ACT. It may also be important to note my current weighted GPA this semester (fall, senior year) is 5.3, so that should raise overall a fair amount. I am primarily looking at colleges in the Northeast and that are very affordable.
Thanks!!

I live in PA by the way. And if it matters im a member of NHS and have been involved in many extracurriculars throughout the years (not meaning a am a current member of all) from basketball to golf to debate to Model UN.

Just out of curiosity, what part of political science interests you? If you’re more into theory, Poli Sci is a good place to start, but if you’re into an applied approach and affecting change and working in government, you should look at Public Policy or Policy Analysis. I don’t know about the northeast, but Ohio State has the Glenn School and Indiana University has the School of Public and Environmental Affairs. These are both pre-professional schools, where you’re not only getting the liberal arts and theory, but the real-world skills to take into the workforce.
