What schools would be a good match for me?

I've been looking at a lot of colleges but am not really sure what my chances are. I know a lot of people in my school last year were disappointed in their results and I want to make sure I'm applying to the right level college. Location and price aren't too big of concerns to me.

Unweighted gpa: 4.0 weighted gpa: 4.9 (and will be higher by the end of 1st semester considering I'll keep my As)
Rank: 1/700

ACT: 31 freshman year, I'll probably retake it soon.
SAT: 2230, also considering retaking
PSAT (if it matters at all): 228 - So far I've been marked as a semifinalist for National merit

SAT II Math 2: 800
SAT II US History: 730
SAT II Physics: 690

AP Physics B: 5
AP Psych: 5
AP US History: 5
AP European History: 5
(I know I haven't taken many AP exams, but the way class scheduling works at my school it's almost impossible to have done more by this point)

Senior Schedule:
-AP Physics C
-AP Chem
-AP Lit
-AP Macroecon
-AP Calc AB
(I'm considering adding an online AP Stats course)

-I've played on the school tennis team all four years, was captain of JV my junior year and got the Coach's Award, and am on varsity my senior year
-President of school's academic decathlon team (and have a few awards from the county level)
-Officer for Red Cross Club
-Secretary for CSF
-in NHS
-in Spanish honor Society

-I've done lots of tutoring both for high schoolers and middle schoolers
-Volunteer at local library
-other community service here and there, total around 200 hours

I'm fairly confident my letters of rec will be good

Also:
-I'm an Asian (Chinese) female
-I moved from Wisconsin to California before my sophomore year
-My school offers IB but I opted not to take it as it isn't a very established program at my school and I thought it wasn't worth it.
-I was wondering if colleges cared if I had had a job before (I haven't)
-I want to major in either of the fields : finance or eecs

Thanks!

Some suggestions for EECS. i don’t know exactly what schools are great in fiancee only in EECS

Some great Reach/ Match Range schools

CMU SCS
UC Berkeley
Cornell

Some Match/Safety Range
Georgia Tech
University of Michigan
University of Illinois

P.S. personal bias with CMU. Have a brother graduating this year from SCS. Great GPA btw. My only suggestion is instead of improving an already great SAT score retake the SAT Physics if you are a senior and only have a few dates to use. Maybe ACT + SAT Physics if you are hard core? Good luck in the admissions process from your stats you look outstanding.
Chance back?
