What Science sequence did you have when you were in high school?

<p>9th: Honors Biology
10th: Honors Chemistry
11th: AP Biology
12th: Honors Physics</p>

<p>My school requires students to take one year each of biology, chemistry, and physics and won't let students take an AP in a science if they haven't taken the equivalent honors course. Definitely a pain... but at least Honors Physics 1 is easy when you're a senior in Calculus!</p>

<p>Junior:
Freshman: living environment-passed did ok(LE=regents bio)
Sophmore: at a new school that was behind a yr in sciences even tho passed regents and all 4 quaters of living environment i decided to take bio again and i did what i wanted to do have a better average in bio...
Junior: Chemistry...yay fun...
senior: not environment but something else w/ an e...science..lol
Theres no honors or APs at my school...but i love my school where else could u sit in a class full of boys and have ur english teacher + classmates send u a vermont teddy bear?? i mean my whole class lol(11 kids in my part of grade..14 all together) post surgery</p>

<p>I haven't taken the Bio regents yet. Is it difficult?</p>

<p>9th- Earth Systems
10th- Biology
11th- AP Biology, Chemistry H, Human Anatomy, Advanced Anatomy
12th- AP Chemistry, Physics H, Wildlife Biology</p>

<p>I heard from my friend that regents biology is like something in NY, a class that prepares for some test?? </p>

<p>What exactly is it??</p>

<p>9- Pre-AP Biology
10- Pre-AP Chemistry
11- AP Chemistry
12- AP Physics C (Mechanics)</p>

<p>9- Pre-IB Biology
10- Pre-IB Chemistry
11- Physics
12- AP Chem</p>

<p>Pre-AP ???</p>

<p>It "prepares you" for the AP class that they expect you to take.</p>

<p>ohboy. okay :) </p>

<p>9
physical science honors
environmental science honors
10
biology honors
chemistry honors
11
ap chemistry
physics honors
12
ap environmental science
electrical engineering honors
bioethics honors</p>

<p>and you know what's required to graduate? 3 science classes...</p>

<p>9th Grade: Bio S/T (Science and Tech program, basicallly means honors)
10th Grade (current): Chem S/T, AP Bio
11 Grade: AP Chem, AP Physics B
12 Grade: Bio-Organic Chem</p>

<p>9th- Bio
10th- psych, physics at rutgers, astronomy and cosmology
11th- chem
12th- physics at my high school (couldn't get out!)</p>

<p>9th: Biology
10th: Honors Chemistry
11th: AP Chemistry and Anatomy&Physiology
12th: AP Biology and Organic Chemistry (next year)</p>

<p>I feel bad for you karen</p>

<p>precocius: Same here precocius- and Im taking as much as you are. AHHH-I love science! Chemistry's my fave so far. I think I am going to like AP Physics C better.... maybe</p>

<p>9th: Pre-AP Biology
10th: Pre-AP Chem
11th: AP Biology, AP Chem, AP Physics, AP Environmental Science
12th: Organic Chem I/II, Physics: Electromagnetics and Mech</p>

<p>Canadian here, so high school begins in 10th grade</p>

<p>Sophomore: Science PreIB, Biology 11 Honours
Junior: Physics IB Higher Level, Chemistry IB Higher Level
Senior: Physics IB Higher Level, Chemistry IB Higher Level, Biology 12 Honours possibly</p>

<p>I'm only in 10th grade right now, but the Chem and Physics are pretty definite at this point.</p>

<p>9
Physcial Science</p>

<p>10
Biology</p>

<p>11
Chemistry</p>

<p>12
Honors Physics
AP Physics B</p>

<p>9th: Bio H
10th: Chem H
11th: Zoology H
12th: Physics H</p>

<p>Only science AP is Bio, and I already took the test after 9th :(</p>

<p>Haha don't lie hypocrite, we don't have an Honors chem cause our school sucks. We're considered smart if we make it to chemistry and if we actually finish algebra/geometry/statistics in 3 years, we're geniuses!</p>

<p>9th Biology Honors
10th Chemistry Honors
11th AP Phys. B
12th AP Phys. C and AP Biology</p>
